Where We Ship

Currently, our main shipping countries (regions) are the United States, Canada, the European Union, Australia and New Zealand.

If your region is not within the above range, you can also send an email to confirm with us. Our email address is: sales@oxygnis.com.

Delivery Time

For our main shipping countries (United States, Canada, the European Union, Australia and New Zealand), the delivery time is 15-18 business days.

For other countries, we will notify you of the estimated delivery time by mail.

Delivery times are based on our best estimates. However, there may be delays in transit or due to holdups at your local customs office, so it may take longer for your order to be delivered.

If your country has import duties, these duties will be borne by you.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders placed before 5:00 PM China Standard Time (Shanghai) Monday through Friday will begin processing on the same business day. All orders placed after the cut-off time will begin processing the next business day. Order processing time is 2-3 business days. For consumer protection, all orders are subject to review. Occasionally, this may cause a slight delay in the processing of your order. Thank you very much for your patience.

For certain items, order processing times will increase. The specific order processing time for these products will be displayed on the product detail page.

Note: Orders placed on weekends, special promotions (Black Friday/Cyber Monday) and holidays may require additional processing time due to increased order volume. Please allow 1-2 additional days for order processing.

Why didn't my order arrive within the estimated timeframe?

Some customers may experience delays due to COVID-19 safety protocols. Sorry for the inconvenience!

How does international shipping work?

We use international dedicated lines for all international shipments. The average total shipping time is 11-18 business days. However, there may be delays in transit or due to holdups at your local customs, so it may take longer for your order to be delivered.

Please make sure to provide a shipping address that the International Line can deliver to. If an international line cannot deliver to the delivery address provided, we will contact you to amend the address.

Why is my order shipped in multiple packages?

Some countries impose value restrictions on international shipments. If your order exceeds the restrictions in your country, your order may be shipped in multiple shipments with separate tracking numbers. For more information on value restrictions in your country, please contact your local customs office.

How do I know my order has shipped?

When your order has shipped, we will send you an email with your tracking number and a link to online tracking.

Do you offer gift wrap or gift boxes?

Sorry, not right now.

How can I track my order?

After shipping, we will send you an email. A tracking link is included in the email where you can track your order.

How much do I need to pay for shipping?

Our default shipping method offers free shipping internationally. In this case, free shipping will appear at checkout.

Please note that we do not currently offer weekend delivery options.

How do I return an item?

Do you ship to PO boxes?

We currently do not have this service. If your order somehow passes through our system and provides a PO Box address, this will cause delays.
