Standard Return Policy:
OXYGNIS will gladly accept returns of unworn and unused items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund (excluding original shipping charges that may have been charged for your order) (refunds will be made upon receipt by us). Please be sure to keep all original packaging when returning an item. It is important to note that unless there is a quality issue, you will be responsible for return shipping and costs. In addition, there is no processing fee for returns.
OXYGNIS is not responsible for any lost returns. We recommend using a shipping method with proof of delivery or tracking number.
How to Start a Return
To ensure we can process your return as quickly as possible, please follow these steps when returning a package:
1. Start Returns
Go to "Orders" to initiate a return. You will receive a return confirmation email with return address and a return label within 24 hours.
2. Return Label
Please double check that the return label matches your order.
Affix the return label to the original packaging.
3. Be Ready to Return
Put new and unused items in their original packaging. Please do not combine multiple returns into one package, and conversely, do not separate returns from one order into multiple boxes. This may cause a delay of up to 14 business days.
* Please be sure to return the item to the address specified in our return confirmation email. If you return the item to another address, the risk of any loss of the item will be at your own risk.
4. Drop off Your Package
Drop off your packages at a nearby UPS location. Keep your tracking number handy so you can track when your return was received. Our return window is 30 days after delivery.

Processing and Refunds
After receiving the return, please allow 2 to 4 business days for the return to be processed. You will be notified by email once a refund has been issued!
Upon receipt of your return, we will refund the price of the item (excluding original shipping charges that may have been charged for your order). Depending on your bank, please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.
